Welcome to the last country of Amandine's journey: Brazil. We didn't mean to keep the best for last, but it seems like it happened anyway. The UNESCO historical town of Paraty, half way between Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, is a true wonder. Few are those who were able to stay in the heart of the old town: the number of luxury establishments is very limited, and we have chosen the best for you. The Pousada Literaria, with its perfect combination of colonial style and contemporary design, is a place of place of luxury, art and culture. Stay in one of the 23 rooms, all boasting gorgeous view of the pool and surrounding green mountains. The library and living room host no less than 4000 books in different languages for you to choose from. For even more relaxation, book a massage at the spa or enjoy a sauna session. Go islands hoping on one of the hotel's private speed boat, or enjoy a tranquil ride on the emerald waters while having a very exclusive lunch prepared by the hotel's chef for you and your guests. One final surprise: spend the day at a very exclusive villa and its private beach in Mamangua Bay, with no internet or cell service, only you, crystal clear waters and colorful fish... What else ? Contact us soon to organize your next event in Paradise. Photo credit : Amandine Allaire-Bonamy

Every single particle or atom of it just like your own body has a soul and believe it or not, it has an ability to communicate with you. You might want to consider taking in, keep and let these cells move with you all through out the day. Eat some more fruits and raw vegetables. Lots of it. If you have to eat dead things like meat, chicken or fish, make sure you eat enough plants to flush their toxic by products out of your body. Do this straight for twenty one days and it's going to be a good habit. Try it.
